We’re looking for a self-starter with technical credibility to open a brand-new sales territory in Mentor, Ohio. This is a ground-floor, growth-driven role — no one is selling here yet. You’ll report directly to the National Sales Manager, own your pipeline, and make a measurable impact from day one.
 
You’ll be selling hydraulic hoses, connectors, fluid technology components, and complete hydraulic systems to rebuild/repair MROs and OEMs, solving real technical problems for customers. If you thrive on independence, enjoy complex sales, and like building relationships, this could be your next move.
 
What you bring:
  • CFPHS certification or 3+ years of related technical sales experience
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions to customers and build trust
