Come lead multiple design-build projects, building some of the most rewarding & impactful construction projects. Ground-up projects vary from $15M to $60M on average.
Qualified candidates will have:
experience building ground-up In Industrial, Distribution, Warehouse, Multifamily, Municipal, Retail, Mixed-use, Education, Healthcare, Senior Living, Student Living, Office, and/or Hotel ($10M+).
a minimum of 5 years experience.
the ability to build and maintain meaningful professional relationships.
local market knowledge/experience with subs.
a strong understanding of construction, and more importantly, a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise all construction activities on-site, including crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules, monitoring progress and identifying potential delays or roadblocks.
Proactively manage project budgets, identifying and controlling costs associated with labor, materials, and equipment.
Ensure the highest standards of quality control are met throughout construction.
Conduct regular inspections and enforce all safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
Manage and maintain all project documentation, including daily logs, construction drawings, and submittals.
Foster a positive and productive work environment, motivating and mentoring crew members.
Maintain strong relationships with local authorities and address any concerns from the surrounding community.
