One of the premiere producers of architectural lighting components is seeking a Maintenance Manager for their plant in Jefferson County. The company has been in business since the mid sixties and under the same ownership since 1999. The culture is laid back and very family commitment oriented.

This person will be an integral part of the plant's success and will be working to maintain the performance of newer to brand new plastic injection molding machines and blow molding machines. All machines in total are 13, plus auxiliary machines such as ban saws, drill presses and buffing machines. This is a first shift role from 7:30am to 4pm.

The Plant Manager has been with the company since 1998 and loves the chill, laid back culture and family focus of the company.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Ability to troubleshoot electrical wiring, hydraulics and air systems
• Ability to reach and interpret wiring and hydraulics diagrams
• Know how to work on 480, 220, 208 and 3 phase electric
• Ability to use auxiliary tools such as drill presses, ban saws, hand tools, amp and volt meters
