🔑 WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead all preconstruction activities: conceptual budgeting, scheduling, scope development, and design collaboration
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors
- Guide the team through value engineering strategies to optimize cost and maximize value
- Ensure early alignment between design intent and budget realities
- Serve as a strategic liaison between preconstruction and operations
- Coach and mentor junior preconstruction staff
- Represent the company’s values and vision in all client and partner interactions
🧠 WHAT YOU BRING
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience, with a heavy focus on conceptual estimating
- Proven success managing large-scale projects ($10M–$100M+)
- Deep understanding of conceptual estimating and collaborative delivery
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Strong command of Procore, OnScreen Takeoff, Bluebeam, and Excel
- Passion for building not just projects—but people and communities
- Based in or near Kansas City, MO
